Re: Spring Inspection of unit at ……..

Dear homeowner,

The board members recently conducted their spring inspection of all the units in Laurel Mews. The inspection of your unit revealed the following deficiencies:

A. We recommend/request that the shutters be repaired.
B. We recommend/request that the exterior wood trim be painted and the windowsills repaired.
C. We recommend/request that the front door be repainted.
D. We recommend/request that the rear dormer be repaired and repainted
E. We recommend/request that the loose shingles on the roof be replaced.
F. We recommend/request that the flashing on the common wall of the roof be repaired.
G. We request that the eaves trough be nailed back to the fascia.
H. We request that unsightly items in the front/back of the unit be removed.
I. We recommend/request that the missing chimney cover be replaced.
